How it Started?
Cold Vein started in the cold outskirts of Philadelphia when 2 former band mates said fuck it, we still got more to give. The ex-PASSAGE members decided to focus on friends, family, and spreading a message of freedom technology using hardcore as a delivery mechanism.
The practice of self custody, self sufficiency, discipline, and optionality is central to the bands ethos and execution. We want to play music you can dance and go to war to, whether internal or civil. It’s time to discover who we are.
As a collective, Cold Vein implements anti-fragility in how it relates to it’s members in order to overcome the disruptions of modern life. Every member does double duty, every member is tasked to adapt, and now, the band is harder to kill. Now, the band can go farther than any individual can.
The first album Formations is a testament to making something out of nothing. A handful of disciplined people can choose to either do a lot of damage, or undue a lot of damage. The key is you have to do it together, in order to even have a choice, and then you will be gifted with the insight of what you really are.
